Kizer Ki3480 Rogue Frame Lock Knife

I have this knife and the liner lock has never worked correctly. I literally have to push it into a locked position. It's like the end if the blade or the top of the lock weren't milled down far enough. Thought at first this would naturally wear and get better but it hasn't. Anything I can do?
