Kizer Vanguard Velox 2 Liner Lock

The Velox 2 from Kizer is a workhorse that excels in everyday tasks. It features a recurved 3.4-inch blade made from VG-10: a high-carbon-content steel manufactured in Japan. Its drop-point shape will make quick work of slicing and piercing. For a good hold, the handle is made from textured G-10 with slanted cutouts. The cutouts offer a touch of style, almost like griptape on a skateboard. Securing the blade is a built-in stainless steel liner lock. The blade deploys with a press on the jimped flipper, which is notable for a couple reasons: for one, it doesn’t protrude when the knife is closed; second, it tucks in nicely to the handle when the knife is open, making it virtually unnoticeable. For carry, the knife supports both righties and lefties thanks to the ambidextrous tip-up clip.
