With six modes and a max output of 1,600 lumens, the Klarus XT12S is suitable for search and rescue, law enforcement, cycling, hiking, and even self defense. At its peak, the light can cast a beam more than 1,300 feet. Using the tail switch, you can quickly work your way down through high, medium, and low mode—not to mention there’s one touch access to strobe mode in case of emergencies. The rechargeable 18650 battery (included) can be recharged without removal from the flashlight’s hard-anodized aluminum body. Just plug in the magnetic cable and it will bring the battery back to life. Size wise, the light is only 5.7 inches long. To carry it, the drop includes a holster and clip, plus spare O-rings, a lanyard, and a charging cable.
