ZeroplanetzHave you ever heard these? These speakers are amazing for the price. I had my first set for 10 years when it finally gave out. I'm on my second set now going on its third year.
If speakers sound good, they sound good. Good sound doesn't get outdated like many other tech purchases. I have had my home theater Klipsch speakers for 15 years and have zero need to "upgrade" because they already sound good.
I'm not a Klipsch homer but I've been very happy with my Klipsch products.
CyphreYes, I'm quite surprised they are still around. Even Logitech's offerings disappear and they introduce a different product over the years. They are great speakers, I'm quite surprised they are even being offered for sale here on MD when others love the Swans.
6EQUJ5Yeah, I've got the old Logitech Z-560, and beyond the model they released after that (Z-1100?), they seem to have dropped their nicer speaker setups a long time ago.
stupidheadyes I have heard these. But back in the day I opted to buy the bose companion 3 series 2 for less than these cost now and I've been very happy with the bose regardless of what people think. By outdated I was referring to them not being the updated version. While these do sound good, they can be had for a lot less in the US. And there's also the little issue of the volume knob control area i believe, going out and needing replaced which is why klipsch sells that part individually. All in all to each there own.
