Ive had these speakers for years and maybe they have changed the construction/ make in the newer models but this system is stellar and Ive heard some fantastic reference monitors. They don't have enormous power but for their size you'll be more then impressed. I've even mixed on them because I listened to them so much. There is also a bass knob that works really well but there is no bass crossover knob. However the crossover point is well placed. Great desktop or gaming setup!

i use the sonarworks speaker EQ system and I suspect ill be able to eat a little of the pushy low-mids out of them. As I said in another comment here, I mix on Adam A8X's and ENJOY on these.
