Tex-ArozziIt appears that many people only received a single speaker instead of both. Will the second speaker be shipped at a later date? I have also placed a request at the support page.

ic3man151We are currently working on this and will be messaging the community about it. Your second speaker will be on the way ASAP. In this case the vendor simply shipped out 1 unit per order instead of 2 units. The second unit should ship out before the end of the week.

CajondrummerPoint of reference. I was made aware of this problem this morning. I have been working on it all through the day. The Community Support team will be sending out an email to everyone involved ASAP and the vendor responsible for the shipping has already started the process of getting the missing units shipped out. I am here to help and if any problems ever arise just tag me in the post @b.hutch and I will be there.
