I'm very wary of this purchase - as much as I love Klipsch, they do tend to break (I got a pair for both my sister & myself; only lasted a year or so). Their customer service was awful. After browsing Amazon reviews, hoards of people are complaining about the same things. Seems inevitable these will die within a short period of time, and they are awful about replacing

EatingSteak+1, I've found Klipsch IEM cables are so delicate, the first time you catch it on something may be your last; and as also stated here, their customer service will challenge you. I just simply stick with Shure and Sennheiser IEMs for the features, quality and service.

EatingSteakI've had two pairs of the original s4's which both lasted only for an year or so (cable issue that causes the left speaker to lose sound). When the second pair broke I got them replaced by a newer model which had a flat cable and experienced the exact same issue within 6 months. They also gather insane amounts of wax because of the way how the driver tubes are shaped, and once there, there's no way of getting it out.

stevesurfHaha same thing happened to me - it's as simple as unplugging it - except you can never plug it back in. Flimsiness with poor customer service makes for a disaster product

LiBi Haha I forgot about the wax thing. I consider that a mark of 'personalizing' my product
