@Hueston It is Matt here @klymit. I am sorry you have had some issues with the water bottle pockets. This is totally covered under our warranty and we will replace the pack. That is a manufacturing defect and we stand by our product. Please contact support@klymit.com for warranty replacement. I've talked with our warranty manager and they are expecting your email. We want you to have a great experience both using our product and in the vent you ever have to do a warranty on that end too. Looking forward to making your experience way better this time!
