@OrCohen It is Matt @Klymit jumping in the conversation. I am sorry you stopped hearing back from our warranty department. I just did some investigating and a new Air Frame was sent to you on February 11th to cover your warranty. Since your shipping address is in Israel there may have been an issue on the international shipping. Please email support@klymit.com again and we will get the issue resolved. Our warranty manager thought it was resolved because the replacement product had shipped out. We are looking forward to quickly resolving the issue for you!
