This doesn't seem to be just a few customers. I only received one as well. They also didn't have the green one advertised and gave me the option to wait for a gray one. I was fine with that but it seems this drop was messed up from the beginning. I told them I wanted my 2nd one mailed as that's what I ordered. I haven't received an email back yet. I wasn't offered a partial refund, just return the one I got or wait for a "solution"

idalimThey just sent out a mass email to everyone, it looks like the supplier came through and will be shipping out the additional seat to everyone. This is great news for me, because I already took the partial refund :) Hopefully you'll get your second seat soon.
