Mine arrived today but unfortunately there was only 1 in the package! I had a double order for a total of 4! Return address for package said Massdrop Inc. (RETURNS DEPT.). I thought this shipped from Klymit? This was my first order from Mass. Am i missing something with the process?

MikeDaySame thing happened to me, I ordered 2, so I should have received 4. Sent an email to Massdrop, hoping to get some clarification soon.

MikeDaySame here. They are refusing to send the other pillow unless you send them photos of the product, package and any (if abit non existant packing slip.) about to do a chargeback...

MikeDayThis is my third drop to participate in, with 2 more that I am waiting to end. Had no problems with the others, so I'm really hoping they will be making good on this. I think someone dropped the ball and didn't take note of the fact that the drop clearly states it is for a 2-pack.

QuientusI emailed them the day I received my package and they never asked me for picture. I've now thrown away the packaging as they said this was a known issue and they were coming up with a solution. They better not screw up on this even more.
