I have two sets of these. They hold up very well and look good, but I have two major issues with mine: first, sleeves from different packs are cut differently. I have 160 sleeves (2 packs) that I can't mix together because one pack is noticeably smaller than the other. On the plus side, it was very easy to sort them back out because of that.
Second, the "matte" back show fingerprints/grease/etc. quite prominently. I'm a dude with constantly clammy hands, and I'm constantly wiping the backs of my sleeves down to remove the markings. This is especially important in games like Android: Netrunner when your opponent is looking at "random" cards in your hand...
