Wondering if there is a solution to the headphones getting the “accessory not supported“ message with an iPhone 7. just update the phone, cleaned the port, and am using an apple certified dongle. thanks for any help

srdazzoI've read lots of posts by people who have issues using these and the Massdrop PP-X with "i" devices. Both have the same cable and button/mic. Unfortunately I've not read any solutions that I can recall. I have 4 Koss headphones with the same cable setup and one Koss headphone with a different button/mic and they all work with my LG G6. I think the issue has to do with the wiring, which ring is the ground, and that it's different than Androids. I see some models of other headphones that have specific Android and iPhone versions or come with 2 different cables.
