I have a kovea stove in my possession and all documents -no warranty details, web page has no details -field repair details shows a pair of pliers
so again why buy a stove when you can't get parts or customer service? go to msr web page you can call them for anything and they are awesome. I broke a msr product and they replaced it and shipped 2-3 days. Are you going to call korea for support?
field repair tool incomplete and instructions shows pliers. Msr has a small flat lightweight tool that has a V notch to substitute pliers.
anyways people do your research and just because it's on MD doesn't mean it's a great price. Go to REI and see what is comparable and cheaper.

camshaftWhat I would do if I were you is to scroll way down to the last post you made about this...where John Parks, the Kovea USA rep replied very nicely with a ton of information including his personal contact information (his own cell number if I recall?). Sure sounded like he was willing to bend over backwards to help with anything you or other customers need. When was the last time you saw someone from MSR show up to address customer comments and such? For me, that'd be never, as much as I do also love MSR as a company. I think the EDC community has some nice sharpening stones for that axe you're grinding. :)

camshaftLook for a post by @ODJP , he answered all @camshaft questions. @camshaft never responded. Do not up vote this. @ODJP is John Park from Kovea USA. He literally gave out his cell phone number for anyone who has issues or questions with Kovea. How much more customer service do you need?
