I too would be a lot more interested in these drops for sock yarn if each colorway came with 100g of the same color. Happy to see this here though!

it says we can add a skein for $5, correct? If so, we could buy 2 skeins of one color, 1 skein at another color to get the drop price and then add one more skein at $5 of the second color to be able to make two pairs of socks. Is this correct?

Maybe you guys don't realize, but setting a drop at 3 skeins for sock skeins is silly. It takes two 50g skeins to make an adult pair of socks, and each skein of Kroy is 50g rather than the indie dyer's typical 100g, so we'd have to buy six total skeins to really be able to utilize this drop. If we buy 3 skeins we'd have one left over with no partner. I suggest you change it to 2 or 4 skeins, in which case I'd totally join. But 3? Not practical.
Or, after looking at the drop, it looks like it's a 3 skein minimum, so if that's the case I'd say that instead of saying it's a 3 pack. Also it would be more practical to combine all the kroy socks into one drop, because I'd really like to get the two jacquards, but I can't get them in a single commit in this arrangement.

Thank you for the call outs! As we start to add in more knitting products and hopefully spin off to it's own community, I'm all ears to ideas and suggestions. You've brought up really good points and I will utilize them for the future drops. Unfortunately, I'm not able to make the change of combining the two drops at this point but if it does well and it comes back, I will definitely do so.
