Made to order by craftsmen in the historic Aubrac region of France, this six-piece set carries a legacy of tradition that dates back to 1829. It comes with a wide range of knives for different tasks, from the paring knife for detail work to the chef’s knife for all-purpose cuts. There’s even a boning knife and a bread knife for more specific tasks. Made from Swedish Sandvik steel that’s polished to a satin finish, the blades have excellent edge retention. The handles on each knife are crafted from a different type of exotic wood. Sharpened, hardened, assembled, and finished by hand, the set comes with a handsome leather storage pouch if you want to gift it to a friend.
