I know someone who has Aubrac Laguiole flatware that is at least 50 years old. If these are made to the same quality they will last for generations and could even be considered an investment that you will hand down to your children. I mean, even a set of 6 steak knives will run you 4-5 hundred, so relatively speaking these are a bargain.
I don't get why people are crying about the price on this drop when I see screwdrivers and single plastic key caps going for $40.
These aren't made in China and this stuff will most likely last generations. For the price it's actually a really great deal.
