I have one of these with a Lamy gold nib installed. Love it!
Also, you can get one of these with a medium steel nib from Amazon for $38.99 shipped right now (that's where I bought mine).

I've bought two of these on my last trip to the EEU, about 5 years ago. I paid about $79.00 - $80.00 for each in Euros. They are great pens. The nibs are obviously polished, they are the smoothest writing steel nibs I have in my collection. They are as smooth as my gold nibbed MontBlancs, and I hand polished those to my taste. The feed is flawless, I can leave them in my desk drawer along with my MontBlancs and Watermans and the Lamys will not dry up or clog up. If I did not have two already, I would jump on this!

I particularly love how, after joining the Levenger 3.0 Tech fountain pen drop and discovering that it had too large a diameter for my liking, I order this exact pen from Amazon to get a slimmer pen and then it shows up on Massdrop a day later. Classic!

Yet again this listing says the barrel is titanium oxide. Titanium oxide is a powder. The pen is metal that has been powder coated with titanium oxide. It's a great finish! But the barrel is not titanium oxide.

The specs still list the barrel as titanium oxide, but the change you made is more clear. I'm not positive what the metal is that the coating is applied to, though.

floydfloydAh, got it. That is fixed now too. You know, I'm not sure what the barrel is and I can't find any definitive info on this. I'll ask our vendor and see if I can get some clarity on this.
