I got the D2 as a gift for the old man. He loves it. Neither of us are pen enthusiasts or anything like that, but the pen writes beautifully in my lay opinion. Granted it's only a $10 savings over purchasing from Amazon, but hey, that's still a $10 savings. Amirite?

technoHey @techno, that's really nice to hear. Glad your pops is enjoying the pen, the best gifts are the ones that actually get used! I've been telling my dad all about fountain pens and he's just not ever going to be interested in using one daily...but he loves the Tree Ring Pen I got him as a gift!
