I dont see a spec for sensitivity other tjan the listed spec SPL: 83 +/- 3 dB but at this sensitivity I would expect then to be dissaointingly soft/ quiet sounding open headphones. Please reply if otherwise.

Socianthmanthey actually get pretty loud. i dont really think that spec is accurate. note they lack very much in low end. i only had them for a short time and the one side was cutting out but if i held them just right i could listen to them, imo they have less bass then the shp9500. the highs were very forward and a bit sibilant for sure. a decent overall sound. i tested with my laptop and a smsl amp. they did sound a bit better with the amp.

mastershakeOpen headphones are great for home hi fi setup. Instrument separation and soundstage are wonderfully brought out in detail. I listen to Bassnectar, Haywyre, and/or Deadmau5 in the mornings in Foobar on my m50x for some jazz. I bought the SPH9500 about a year ago from Canada on amz US and ended up paying over a hundred CAD inc duties and shipping but this xmas the 9500 were on NEGG for 65 CAD free shipp. I modded the 9500 by inserting cork coaster cutouts inside the earcups behind the padding it seemed to create a more reasonant bass and gave some more depth to the fairly shallow earcups. After 3 months I tries the same mod on my m50x and abing on the m50x found stock config better sound so I unmodded my 9500 back to stock config. They are louder at the same volume without my mod. Ive been extremely pleased with the Phillips sph9500 through an amp and even on mobile but on mobile prefer the KZ ATE without mic or the Massdrop exclusive Red VE Monk Plus

Socianthmanyes but the lasmex dont (imo) have the best soundstage, good but not great, imaging was good also. they are for sure decent for the 65$ price point but to much higher and i would skip them. at 65$ they are a very nice headphone. build quality was also pretty nice, i saw no issues other then the one i had with the left side driver. but headband was actually very nice. i would buy these before i would buy say the status audio or something like that. imo status audio is a joke of a company. i have a brand new set sitting here that came with the hinge broken and never had a single bit of contact about it. and compared to the shp9500 and the lasmex it would come down to the type of sound you prefer. these being much more forward and brighter (imo) a little tighter soundstage wise. the shp being a bit warmer and having a better soundstage but a bit less detailed then these.

Socianthmanyes they are 64 omh with SPL: 83 +/- 3 dB yes they are soft open back if your using them powered by mobile phone but when used with a modest amp/dac they wake up and sound very well, i've tried them with my fiio e17 and my xduoo xd-05.
