Like you guys needed any more reason to purchase more Lawson's 2mm. My Zpacks Duplex outfitted with 2mm Lawson's Yellow line. Buy this stuff; you won't be sorry.

Hi! This may be a silly question, but is it possible to use this as a bear bag rope? I'm looking for a light alternative to paracord. If not, any recommendations? Thanks.

I'm interested in this drop but a 50ft hank is $8.50 w/ free shipping directly from the supplier. Am I missing something?

Why do all these comments seem to be from a completed drop? Also I - where is the shipping cost?

Fine, but I still fail to see why months old previous drop comments concerning missing items, old ship dates, etc would possibly be relevant to a new drop or of interest in any way. Thank you for explaining to me that I should look at the age of the comments - but seeing them and realizing they were old and irrelevant was why I made my comment in the first place - in which I asked why OLD comments were attached to a NEW drop.
In addition, you failed to answer my question about why shipping costs weren't shown. Why do you think I would sign up for an item blind when there might be no savings at all after shipping costs were factored in?

LongHawlWe don't always show shipping cost because we charge the actual cost of shipping, and so it varies by person. You can start the process to join the drop, enter your information, and then you'll be able to see the shipping cost. Sorry we can't always make it visible. For the US, this is around $2.75.
As for having old comments - you're right that seeing old shipping comments is not helpful, and we've stopped that practice. However, comments from members are very valuable. Otherwise, our community members would be asking the same questions over and over. Hope that helps, and thanks for asking!

Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect the group's individual packages to ship.
