Just received my wrist rest and I have to say, I am very unsatisfied. The rest has no rubber feet on the bottom, nor does it have the same contour as the rests shown in the pictures do.
Did I just get a bad rest? Do any of them have feet on them and/or have the same contour as the ones in the pictures?

Edit: Looking back at the description, one of the top selling points of this rest was the angle shown in the picture. It actually looks nothing like the one in the picture, in addition to the angle being non-existent, the front corners of mine are rounded off and have an entirely different shape.

gilbertw1The specs on the Description page has 'Rubber feet' as one of its features. Since yours did not come with one, we can safely say it is defective. I would contact Massdrop and/or Kevin from Royal Glam for RMA.

gilbertw1I just received mine today and the rubber feet were in the box and needed to be attached. The long wait was painful, but this thing mates VERY well with my Plum87.
I'll trade you a TKL Leather Wrist Rest for your Royal Glam if you don't like it.

gilbertw1Hello, got mine today, I had the rubber feet on a separate sheet of paper and choose not to use them though.

However I have a gap between the wrist rest and my keyboard (Varmilo VA87M) that makes it very unconfortable to use :(

I Still love the looks though :D

mAydieThank you both for responding .... I feel pretty dumb now, I checked around in the box and found the feet :)
I am still a bit disappointed that the rest doesn't have the same shape and angle as the ones pictured in the description does, but I can live with it. Thanks!

gilbertw1I agree. In one of the original picture, the contour has an angle where the leather and wood meets. Furthermore, the rubber feet grip wasn't solid enough on my desk. Could be the case of my glass top desk, but I have coasters with firmer grip than these.

I'd say this is a 7.5/10 drop. Still on the lookout for a full leather rest which isn't ducky and/or fake leather.
