Hey group,
It's been brought to our attention that some members have incorrectly received the AL version of this multi-tool and not the ALX as expected. We realize this mistake is rather frustrating and are currently looking into the root cause of the issue. TylerTyler, is there any update on this? I have had the incorrect product for 30+ days now (without even being able to use it). The last message that I received from Help was that you guys were attempting to get a response from the vendor. Thanks.

The vendor informed us that the rest of the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive 4/19.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, but we will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process and notify you all if anything causes additional delay.

We've repeatedly been in touch with the vendor and they've informed us that they are still awaiting a new batch of units to ship to our warehouse to complete the group's order. We will keep checking in until everything is en route to us and turned around to each of you.

Same here. I was kind of looking forward to the crimper and hook-blade on the back of the serrated.
Definitely thought I was getting the ALX (As is still the title of the drop!). Got the AL. Glad to have the scissors, for sure, but definitely a frustration and disappointment with Massdrop.

I received the wrong product. I know there was confusion earlier in the discussions about whether this was the AL or the ALX. I received an AL, which is not what the drop is advertising. I am currently working with Massdrop customer support to resolve the issue and will update once issue is resolved.

I was told that at this point I can keep and use the secondary product (whatever Squirt version you chose).

I was told that they are attempting to look into the issue but there has been no response so far from the vendor. I was told that if they do not hear anything back within 30 days they will have to offer a refund as a last ditch option. My 30 days is up so I will see what Help has found out.

We've continued to coordinate with our warehouse team regarding shipment of the remaining orders and they've informed us that after taking inventory of everything received it appears that the first shipment did not contain all units as originally thought. Rest assured, we've reached back out to the vendor and expect to have the final few units in our warehouse shortly. We will continue to follow up and update the group as soon as everything is received and shipped back out.

The group's order arrived earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. We anticipate the remaining handful going out next week and we'll be sure to confirm as soon as we've shipped everything complete.
We are thankful for your continued patience and you can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 3/31 or earlier if anything comes up.

We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.

We've been in touch with the vendor and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Leatherman Charge ALX Multi-Tool + Squirt and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 3/22.
We will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 3/17.
