PrinaBI have one of these that is similar; plunger looks identical. It makes foam quickly and as dense as you'd like. One caveat: don't put the heat on too high; low or med low should be fine. Milk sticks and burns easily on stainless if over heated, and these are difficult to clean if the bottom gets messy/burnt.
