I've had my pen for a few days now and I must say that I'm very impressed with it. I haven't had any squeaks from the nib and it's very smooth, but mine does write very wet. It's not a gusher or blobbing all over the page though. I haven't and any problems with the cartridge getting dislodged when opening the barrel although it does catch slightly which may pull it loose if I'm not very careful. On a side note, it looks like you would be able to convert it to an eye dropper if you add a rubber 'O' ring to the section, if you are so inclined.
All in all I'm very impressed with this pen. The 'Stealth' version looks like the kind of fountain pen Batman would write with! ;)
