I received my pen yesterday. I ran some water though it as their site suggested. Got it all dried out, then loaded it with Lamy Blue ink. This is my first broad nib. I think I like the thinner line better. But I think I'd like this more if it wrote all the time. I have a lot of skipping and non-start. Pressing harder gets a line, but then it's even wider and that's not for certain that I'll get a line. Posting photos. I'm very interested in any advice or help. I love the way this pen looks, it's light, about the same as my Falcon, the Falcon looks classy, but the Java Truewriter, looks very very kewl. I hope to enjoy it if I can get it to write better.
