Just about there! We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order of LG 24" 144hz Monitors and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is en route to us!
The vendor has confirmed that all of the Ergotech Mounts are now on the way to you. Once tracking is available, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for this information to update in the courier’s system.
Expect another update from us on 8/17 or sooner if something comes up.

HeatherVI somewhat figured I wouldn't get a response over the weekend, but it has been a few days since my question, and past a whole regular working business day, and it is now five full days since you said we'd get an update, and still nothing. Please give us an update.

A few more business days have gone by since my last post, we're now officially one week past the date you promised us an update, and still no word, and not a single reply to my questions. Has this company folded? Did Heather V quit? Is there no one monitoring this board?

noirnightSorry for the delay in responding. We’ve been reaching out to the vendor for an update on their shipping schedule so we could provide more clarity to the group before posting.
There was a miscommunication at the vendor’s warehouse which caused a delay in order processing for the LG Monitors, but has since been resolved. We just received the tracking info this morning and the order is scheduled to arrive on 9/2.
