I'm wondering if this is HDR compatible, I'm looking for a good non expensive display for a PS4 Pro

It will not be. Most 4K monitors that say they have hdr can’t really get up to the brightness that hdr requires so be careful.

Thanks! That's a bummer, I hate huge TV's my place is incredibly small, so a monitor is my best bet but I wanted to get all the settings right.

Agreed, the HDR10 standard requires a 1000 nits. (standard sets might reach 350) I just bought a HDR dolby vision set that peaks at only 850 nits, it is BRIGHT... With the BBC logo it seems like a searchlight is in the room...

Ugh. upgrading to an Xbox One X was a no brainer with the gamestop tradein deal, it just sucks that my preferred type of screen (computer monitor) will apparently not work with HDR for a few more years.
