xFuryThere are precisely zero 4k PC monitors available today with a refresh rate over 60hz. The first batch was announced for Fall 2017 and will start at $1,200.

HDMI 2.0 is limited to 4k60, as is DisplayPort 1.2. DP 1.3/1.4 can hit 4k120, or 4k144 with some reduction in color.
If you're going to claim that 4k 100 hz monitors exist, please link to at least one.
