HouseI currently work with 3x Asus VE278Q which have a pixel pitch of 0.311mm. The multi display setup is great for multitasking, but I feel the pixel pitch is a bit rough on the eyes. The larger pixels are fine while coding since you can easily tell the difference between a comma and a period, a bracket and a curly brace, etc, but I find its easy for your eyes to get strained after hours of work.
I don't know about others, but I find the smaller the pixel pitch, the more soothing it is on the eyes for long periods of coding. Without proper UI scaling, the smaller pixels can be a challenge though.
As attractive as the 34" model may be, with a pixel pitch of 0.312 mm it may be unpleasant for work. I'm sure gaming would be amazing since its far easier to drive that resolution than 2560x1440 or 3840x2160.
