I would recommend Dell U3219Q since Dell's U series quality usually higher than LG.

I bought one of these on Black Friday last year (for less than this). It's alright, but overall I am really unimpressed with the picture quality. It definitely does not have the viewing angles of an IPS, and nowhere near 178 degrees. The screen is so large that you actually start to see a color shift towards the edges when looking straight at it.

VA panels are pretty crappy I recommend against them.

Yaderb11VA panels have their advantages and disadvantages. They have a quicker response time, much better contrast and black levels vs IPS. That bring said, colours and viewing angles generally aren't as good. Depending on your use case, a VA panel can be very well suited for your needs. TN is generally the only one you want to avoid, unless you are on a budget.
