Its just a stock 30" 2560x1600 monitor cut down to only 1080 high. Then stretched out to 34".... those pixels must be huge.
Big disappointment.

LarekOr a 27" 1080p display with more horizontal pixels. Same dpi.

Medion27 (1080p) 81.59dpi vs 34 81.72 dpi Its close, the 34 is still worse than that 27" TV
We expect better out of a monitor than cheap tv's A decent monitor 30" 2560x2600 is 100.63dpi
Your assuming 1080p on 27 (basically a 27" TV) is a good monitor I expect better out of 24" monitors (like 1920x1200 @24")
