Hey group,
We spoke with the vendor again this week and they've let us know that they are finalizing the group's order now and all units should ship to our warehouse no later than 12/21. As soon as we receive updated tracking information with an expected delivery date we will relay that news directly to you all.
We understand that the additional wait time is undesirable. If you would prefer to cancel your order, please contact Community Support using the “Contact Support” button in your transactions page (http://massdrop.com/transactions).
You can expect an update from us on 12/21 or sooner if something comes up.

KevincavSo you gave yourselves another week to delay the shipment further? I would like direct shipment from the vendor immediately. If they haven't been able to fufill, my $20 I paid for shipping is more than enough to cover 2-day.

TylerWhat a waste of time and energy. This must be that "awesome customer support" your deluded CEO tweets about. This company (using that word with the loosest definition) is a complete joke. Here is a list of reasons why you can't even play the middleman effectively:
- you don't vet your suppliers - you place around a $100,000 order and you find it acceptable when your supplier ignores your status inquiries - you give no explanation for delays and just kick the can down the road a week each time - you set arbitrary communication deadlines and struggle to meet them in the nth hour - you are unresponsive to your customers
Needless to say, I'm out (2 monitors). I've contacted the customer support team you linked to and received a response that you are experiencing unusually high volume of tickets - presumably because you suck. You have until the end of the day to begin processing my order cancellation or I'll dispute charges as I promised I would in my last post.
Thanks for making me miss Black Friday deals on this monitor. I hope your company has some introspection and decides it wants to stop playing pretend and finds its actual value proposition. Until then I'll recommend folks avoid dealing with the children at mass drop.

TylerBummer. Hoping for some good news tomorrow. I ended up pulling out of the same drop back in October for continuously sliding ship dates and poor communication and I don't want to have to bail again!
