1) This has two thunderbolt ports, Adorama's has none (deal-breaker for myself). 2) The stands are different. Do some research to compare. 3) Adorama's appears to be tax-free, making this more like an almost $90 price difference for Californians like myself 4) This comes with 3-year warranty, as opposed to 1. That alone more than justifies the aforementioned price gap, IMO. 5) This won't ship until around November, apparently. Adorama will do expedited shipping immediately.
Honestly, I'd say even if you don't care about Thunderbolt ports, the warranty increase is a huge plus. Bleeding backlight is no joke, and there are plenty of stories of that to go around
