Bought a very similar TV at Walmart for $498 just a couple weeks ago. Only difference is a few pieces of software. Save your money.

erzengelsachielI did not see this at Walmart for $498 and the cheapest that it has been offered online is $579.99 per slick deals. Everyone is currently priced at $799.99.
There are so many different model numbers out there with TV's that look exactly alike. I actually have a 49" LG TV at home that looks 100% the same as this but it is a different model with a little different specs.
Please make sure we are comparing apple's to apple's.
Cheers.

Tex-ArozziMy apologies, my model might be the LG 49UH6090 but I see no differences in specs.
Both aspect ratios are 16:9 Both come with remote with batteries included Both panels are 3840 x 2160 Both panels are 60Hz Both panels have: 1 x Component/Composite Video, 1 x Ethernet, 4 x HDMI, 1 x Optical Digital Audio, 1 x RCA Audio L+R, 1 x RF (Coaxial), 2 x USB 2.0 Both TVs come with WebOS 3.0 Both have x3 HDMI 2.0/HDCP 2.2 ports Both have built in Wi-Fi
And mine was $498. I looked and seriously...I see zero differences in these panels. Can someone enlighten me a little? Curious on this one. Apologies in advance if I'm just not seeing it or made any errors on my part.

erzengelsachielEDIT: So yes there are some feature differences, but most of it is software and a couple of ports such as a mini jack not on this one and an extra HDMI that is ON this on. This one having 4 and mine have 3. I would still recommend mine over this one here as they the same hardware wise.
Compare and give your thoughts everyone. Don't be shy now.
49UH6090: http://www.lg.com/us/tvs/lg-49UH6090-4k-uhd-tv $498 (Walmart)

erzengelsachielYour comparison list is not quite accurate.
These are the differences that I can see and I pulled this data from the LG website.
49UJ7700
Active HDR with Dolby Vision™ - YES HDR Effect - YES True Color Accuracy - YES ULTRA Luminance - YES Local Dimming - YES WEB OS - 3.5 Smart TV Natural Voice Recognition - YES Universal Control Capability - YES Channel Plus - YES HDMI Port(s) 4 (HDCP 2.2) Other Input(s) 2 USB, 1 RF In (Antenna/Cable), 1 Composite In, 1 Component In (Shared w/ Composite), 1 Ethernet, 1 Optical
49UH6090
(this is also the TV I have and as I mentioned it looks idential but there are some big differences like the first thing listed, Active HDR w/Dolby Vision)
Active HDR with Dolby Vision™ - NO HDR Effect - NO True Color Accuracy - NO ULTRA Luminance - NO Local Dimming - NO WEB OS - 3.0 Smart TV Natural Voice Recognition - NO Universal Control Capability - NO Channel Plus - NO HDMI Port(s) 3 (HDCP 2.2) Other Input(s) 1 USB, 1 RF in (Antenna/Cable), 1 Composite In, 1 (shared with composite) Component In, 1 Ethernet, 1 Optical, 1 RS232C (Mini Jack)
So, all in all there are alot of differences between these TV's. They might not be important to you but I sure would like to have some of those things on my TV like the Active HDR with Dolby Vision & HDR Effect, True Color Accuracy, Ultra Luminance, the upgraded web OS to 3.5 which adds Voice Recognition and universal remote capability. The additional HDMI & USB connections would also be nice.
Cheers.

erzengelsachielWould be good to edit your initial post at this point seeing that you did not buy the exact same TV and there are many differences. I am sure you would not want to mislead or confuse anyone in the community by what you posted.

Tex-ArozziSomeone asked about the 55UH6090 having HDR support for PS4 Pro and LG staff said it received an update for HDR (version [04.30.70] on 03/20/2017 to improve the Sony PS4 Pro no signal issue. 49UH6090 should have received the same update considering they are Identical other then size.

Thought I'd add this in case you haven't updated your own TV :)
