The TV looks beautiful, I like the charcoal grey stand with the glass back (the C7 has a different stand color that looks good too), looks like the TV is floating on my night stand. The picture is in "the best" bracket when it comes to picture quality and your paying a 3rd of the price for a TV that some people pay 2-3k for. Its a hell of a deal. The burn in has not happened on my screen yet, ive looked for it, hell I fell asleep a few times playing games with the screen on and there has been zero burn in. Also, consoles like the xbox and the TV itself have protection for "burn in" just in case. I can assure you your worries are based on the minority of people having issues. The blacks mixed with the contrasts make it so worth it. Its a purchase you will not regret. I advise you watch Stranger Things2 on Netflix, BladeRunner, Pacific Rim looks freaking amazing in 4k, and the games look sooo good.
