Question. Is it an ATSC3 equipped set? The standard was cast in concrete for 4k broadcasts (coming soon) --- will this receive them, or should I wait a while to get the new standard?

jkreegerNo matter where these are shipped, they have to be shipped. Otherwise no one anywhere would get them, individuals or resellers. Think about it. Besides, the manufacturer usually packs such things with the best materials possible to avoid damage. They don't want a return because they tried to skrimp on packing materials.
According to LG it is HDR, in fact it appears to be the exact same TV with the only difference being the dual power supply on the 6470, i.e. it's actually a better unit (especially of you're not in the US). If you only need 110v then they are in fact the same TV.
nanc0516Interesting. Thanks for following up! I was chatting with Dell, thinking they'd have an answer on the differences, but they must've only compared the "Product Titles" between the two. I thought it was sort of odd that a higher model number would be lesser of a TV.
