escknxYou absolutely cannot get a 75in 4k OLED for cheaper than this...only Sony and LG make 75+ OLED TV's and they are $10,000-15,000.
You can buy standard LED 75in 4k's for less. But that is like comparing an Amazon Fire HD to a iPad pro, they aren't even in the same galaxy when it comes to quality.

escknxPlease show me a link where a US buyer can get a 75" 4K OLED TV for $1,800. You can get an LED for that much, maybe, but not OLED. The only people making OLED TVs are LG and Sony. Samsung gave up and switched to their "QLED" which is just a marketing gimmick for their LED LCD.
Thinking you can get a 75" 4K OLED for 1.6k? ROFL

alexlrLG or not LG, who cares. I have 65 Vizio, 70 Sony 4k and 75 Sams 4k in my house. Yes, you're right, they're just LED, not OLED. 65 Vizio btw is more that 3 years old 651M 1080p smart TV and zero issues ever. None of these TVs were repaired ever and all of them pretty equally great.
Anyways I don't mind if you want to buy 55in OLED! TV for 1,8k :D after all, there are plenty customers for boutiques at 5th Ave. I may be wrong and OLED tech worth extra grand, but I doubt I'd trade my UN75MU6300 75" Sams LED for anything lower that 75 in, regardless of O before LED. This is personal preference but for me its time to buy 85in or more this New Years if price is right. 55in is too small for 4k TV and too big for monitor.

alexlr there are some real tech behind that, for instance LG OLED65W7P. This is when OLED really takes place. But whats the point of OLED tech here, when half of TV is as thick as 5 year old one, thus cant be used as wallpaper.

escknxOLED's are the best looking TV's ever made. LED's are simply the cheapest. I wouldn't trade my 7 year old Panasonic Plasma for any LED TV on the market, but the OLED's are enticing.
As with everything you pay a premium to get the best. Some people care more about their picture quality than others, OLED TV's are for those people. There is nothing wrong with not being one of those people. If you are happy with LED picture quality, great, you get to save money on TV's!
That doesn't mean you should be spouting untrue things on this thread though. You cannot buy an OLED TV for cheaper than they show up on Massdrop, I have checked every listing against every reputable seller, every time(I am in the market, but probably waiting until I move next year so I don't have to move it ). Massdrop has beat everyone by several hundred dollars, every time. There were a few B7's on Black Friday for cheaper than the B7's on Massdrop a few months back, but that isn't a fair comparison considering the time difference, and the BF ones were extremely limited stock just to get people into stores.

dvn.clrkIf you care about HiFi audio stuff you know that Massdrop isn't always cheaper, most of the times yes, and here is plenty of awesome deals, but simply not always.
I admitted I misread OLED for LED here.
You're simply saying that those who has LED TVs dont care abt pic quality, alright man I got it :P
Matter of taste, for sure, some people prefer 4k monitors in 24in package, whataver.
