It's been a week since the expected ship date. I get that delays happen, but it would be nice to get some kind of update, even if that update is something more somber like "we cannot retrieve a ship date at this time due to unknown issue; however, your order is in the hands of the manufacturer and will be filled. We will keep you updated." Even though that example response gave almost no information, it's better than nothing. Just make it like a pizza tracker. Let me see the date of when the order was placed on the timeline. Let me know that it hasn't shipped, or that you haven't gotten confirmation of shipping from the manufacturer. Right now all I have is an expected ship date and and email confirming that I bought it and according to those things, it should be in my hands right now.
