Could you please provide more info confirming my order was actually shipped and received by UPS. You said you shipped on 3/17. It's now a week later and nothing is in the UPS tracking system. That is more than enough time for info to appear in the system. Actually, I would have expected it to be delivered by a week's time. Can you please confirm that UPS received my package. They told me I would have to deal with vendor. Thanks
