A convenient alternative to bulky filtration systems, the LifeStraw universal water bottle filter adapter kit attaches directly to your water bottle, so you can carry safe drinking water on any adventure. The kit comes with a LifeStraw two-stage filter, a wide-mouth screw-on lid, a standard screw-on lid, a leak-proof cap, and a mesh carrying case. The two-stage filter removes 99.999 percent of waterborne bacteria and protozoa, instantly raising your water source—be it a faucet, river, or stream—beyond US EPA drinking standards. There’s also a replaceable carbon capsule that helps reduce chlorine and organic chemical matter, such as pesticides, herbicides, and VOCs. The two mouthpieces fit on either lid for convenience. Furthermore, the leak-proof cap features a carabiner loop, so you can attach it to your backpack or belt loop.
