i own a couple of these kinds of sporks, and that knife on the side of the fork really sucks for right handed people. i have cut the side of my mouth with it numerous times.

Boy, is this another head scratcher. And I didn't see it here first. I can get a box (8, give or take) of SS spoons from a local restaurant supply (I did) and the cost is about a quarter a spoon. It would be hard to even work up an "Oh, well" if it were lost/destroyed. I always have at least one knife in my pocket. I can't see spending any of my hard, or easily, earned money on such a product. However, if someone were to come out with a Foon, I might be forced to change my mind.

I love mine, but it is not much of a knife. I use it for breakfast cereals/oats. bananas, avocado, somtimes apples but that doesnt cut very well. great for stirring veggies and pasta and beans. robust, easy to clean. sometimes get peanut butter in the letters, but letters are wide enough as to be cleanable.
I honestly mostly use the spoon and not much the fork... sometimes the fork for noodles.

The price is about the same range everywhere else and shipping will be definitely more faster with any other dealer too so WHATS THE POINT on this drop. I’ll order them but through another dealer this time, same deal.

The email states: Each spork weighs just 0.7 ounces, and you’ll get two for $15.99.
I'd buy them from Massdrop for that price, but the $21.99 is too close to the price elsewhere.

jrubelFalse advertising! Bait & Switch! Not cool...
(Note comment from 22W ago 'Felt a little bait and switch. The advert says $15.99 and the "lowest price unlocked" is $16.99')

Awesome spork. Ive been using the same one for 5 years and 2500+ miles. Still looks brand new. I traded it in for a TOAKS Titanium Folding Spork SLV-06 for my last 200 mile trek (mainly because the Toaks fit in my jetboil kit). I was definitly missing the light my fire spork, theres something to be said about not having your eating utensil fall apart mulitple times per meal.

These are a great product, but "Light My Fire" should be giving Massdrop a better deal on them. They are $11.92 each on Amazon, and that's with free shipping (in 2-days with Prime). At almost $25 with shipping, this is not a great deal.
