Not a good folder (IMO). Bad ergos and runs on teflon washers which is absurd for an integral at this price.

Pasha12Agree - Teflon washers really? I guess I could swap them out, but for $300 I shouldn't have to. Beautiful but pass.

YupNeckYeah it is one of the Early Lionsteel Integrals (like the sr1/sr2). However this would not be an issue if the was smooth. But the one I handled in a store was not really smooth. Also the lockbar cutout is way too wide.
If you want a great Lionsteel, go with the Tm1.

Pasha12Please educate me on this. What kind of washers (or bearings) are to be expected in a $200+ knife?

zsoumyaHigher end knives will typically have phosphor bronze or bronze washers, but some makers will use teflon because it provides a smoother surface against steel. I guess its a matter of preference, but I believe you will get better quality/durability with bronze/phoshor bronze over teflon. Lion Steel makes great, quality products and at $320, I would like to have the best quality components possible, especially for such a beautiful knife. Even a Kershaw Skyline at $60 retail, has bronze washers.
