Nickslife89I 'm not quite sure if this is sarcasm or not, because they will drive anything up to 600 Ohms, they just won't blast your mind out. I believe the 650s would end up at about 120 decibels max (still really loud) considering their 300 ohm impedance.

There's no rating for this amp into 600 ohms, but it'll do 150mW into 300 ohms. The HD650 needs less than 10 mW to reach 110 dB, so I think it'd work fine.
