@LMproducts Hi Tyler Just got my satchel from the last drop. Great work. But there is a series of wide shallow parallel scratches on top of it, like from a giant comb, check the photo below (I can make better photo of scratches later). How can I fix them (dakota tan version)?

archonoffHi! That looks like some surface marks- consistent with a crazyhorse style leather. Could be from how they boxed it in fulfillment / transit. But you can expect this leather to easily pick up character throughout its life. You can probably buff it out pretty easily. Some conditioner would probably smooth it out as well. With crazyhorse oil tanned leathers you can expect it to mark easily as well as buff easily. It won't remain pristine - just not the nature of the leather. It will patina and change and evolve into something much more unique to each owner. Shoot me an email and I can go into it in more length. Here to help! Tyler@lmproducts.com 👍 Thanks, Tyler CEO // LM
