onionartOrion, I'll check and see on that. The pocket dims are slightly smaller than actual width of bag -- accounting for hem allowance (the amount of material margin outside of stitching line). Typically accounts for about 1" total width. All that to say, I don't have an answer but will get one for you asap.

While you're checking on his laptop, can you confirm that a mid-2012 15" MacBook Pro would fit in this bag in the main compartment? Thanks again for being on MD to respond directly to questions. Checked out your website to see the rest of your product portfolio and, well, my Schott 585 is telling me this bag would pair fantastic with it.

LMproductsMine is actually the original brown, which it seems they don't even offer anymore, but you can see what it looks like with a quick eBay search.
