Fantastic! It is difficult to get a traditionally constructed dainite classic chukka in the United States. This British standard is only recently available through bootmakers like Crockett & Jones and Loake. The Kempton is a perfect fall chukka. My leather soled shoes since 1990 have been Alden Shell Cordovan, JM Weston, and Crockett & Jones. I also wear Wolverine 1000 Mile Boots and in the field I wear White’s. My great grandfather once told me to never compromise when purchasing something that goes between you and the ground. Loake Kempton stand up to this rule of thumb and family tradition. Thank you Massdrop for making thease available. I typically wear size 12 in dress shoes, always 46 in European sizing. I chose the UK 11.5 and am very pleased with the size. I chose this based on Loake website guidance rather than the Massdrop guidance. Immediately comfortable, I found no breake in period was required. Perfect complement to jeans or khakis.

Awesome, fit is as described, quality outstanding. These are a timeless, classic pair of boots that are a bit more refined that most others and more elegant. I own a number of pairs of shoes and boots from Alden, Allen Edmonds, JM Weston and these are already one of my favorites. Very comfortable right out of the box. I liked the calf skin lining even though the classic Chukar boot is supppsed to be unlined. Five stars great Massdrop price.

Definitely worth it! This is now my favourite pair of boots. The suede is soft and comfortable with barely any break in, and the fit is great for my slightly wide feet. Would definitely recommend as you get way more than what you pay for with this pair. :)
