Great question, and I asked the maker and he's not aware of one that fits. We tried a Monteverde Mini-Converter, but that didn't fit around the feed properly.
I will take another look for mini-converters that fit a Bock 060 nib feed, and of course if anyone has info, links, or experience to share here those are welcome.

Thanks, that's really helpful! I found the length of the Monteverde was actually okay, but the problem I found was that the converter didn't fit snugly onto the feed, which would be messy.
In this photo it even looks like a wider opening than the cartridge pictured above; do you find that's true if you match up their openings?
