th3walkerA.G. Spaulding has a small, thin aluminum pen that takes international cartridges and mini converters: http://www.jetpens.com/A.G.-Spalding-Bros-BRFT253-Fountain-Pen-Medium-Nib-Silver-Body/pd/1802
The Ohto Poche fountain pen is also quite nice: http://www.jetpens.com/Ohto-Poche-Fountain-Pens/ct/1853 although, because of the way it's built, it can *only* take short cartridges and not any kind of converter, unfortunately.
Those are "tiny" pens. For more "streamlined", try the Lamy Dialog 3: http://www.lamyusa.com/lamy_fountain_L74_dialog.php.
(I have *no* relationship to any of these companies or products.)

th3walkerThe kaweco liliput is another lovely mini fountain pen! If you are also after slim pens (but standard length), the shaeffer targa slim and sailor chalana are awesome options :D Here is a picture of the targa, 2 chalanas and the liliput.

th3walkerI am partial to both the Waterman Hemisphere and the Diplomat Traveller for slim pens. Also, the Parafernalia Divina is also quite nice.
