This is the everyday price for this refurb headset on eBay from large powersellers. And if you wait for a $15 off of $75 flash coupon that eBay runs every couple of weeks then you can get it for around $65. So, paying $80 and waiting until end of January to get it doesn't really look very appealing. Now, if this was a new and not a refurb item then yes, this would have been a decent price
waitforthedropThank you. When I saw them listing the original price at $200 my first thought was "for refurbished? No way." I'm glad you let us know. Kind of dishonest for Massdrop to list the new item price on a refurbished unit.
Tex-ArozziIt's listed between $79 and $99 every place else that sells them. That makes $99 sound like a predetermined price to me. Admittedly I'm approaching this from a consumer perspective, not as a buying manager. It seems like a lot of Massdrop's products have lost that consumer mindset though. I'm seeing more and more items listed with misleading descriptions or price claims. Then when you get called out for it there's excuses like there not being a dedicated refurbished MSRP.
Howser87ive noticed that on some keyboards too. They had a a Magic Force keyboard on here for like 65 dollars and they said msrp was 100 looked on amazon for the price there is was the exact same price from Magic Force's market page
ElectroMiteyou also have to wait for a month to get your item id rather pay and extra 5 dollars for it 3 weeks earlier. and i have a prime account. amazon has free 2 day shipping
JaidersI didn't have to wait for a month of the few things I've purchased, but that's why there isn't a separate shipping cost, trade fast delivery for a cheaper price, and prime is $99 /yr, i don't do a whole lot of shopping online. When I said premium, I had ment the prime membership.
